FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: described is medium for cultivation of stromal cells from adipose tissue (SCAT) with application of AdvanceSTEM™ medium with addition of 10% patient's autologous blood serum. Also claimed is method of cultivation of said cells with application of described medium.
