FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dermatology and represents therapeutic medication for treatment of skin lesions, which contains as active ingredient substance, influencing the receptor which stimulates secretion of growth hormone, or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt, where substance represents peptide, selected from group, which consists of: (i) peptide compound with amino acid sequence, represented by any of sequences SEQ ID NO: 1-21, where amino acid residue in position 3, counting from amino end, represents modified amino acid residue, into hydroxyl group of whose side chain fatty acid is introduced; and (ii) peptide compound with amino acid sequence, represented by any of sequences SEQ ID NO: 1-21, where one or several amino acids in position 5, counting from amino end to carboxy end, are removed, substituted and/or added, the third amino acid residue, counting from amino end, represents modified amino acid residue, into whose side chain fatty acid is introduced; and (iii) GHRP-6; therapeutic medication contains active ingredient in amount from 0.001 mg to 100 mg per composition unit.;EFFECT: acceleration of healing.;28 cl, 4 ex, 4 dwg
