METHOD OF ESTIMATING ANTI-ERGOTYPIC RESPONSE IN EXPERIMENT

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biology and medicine, namely to experimental models of immunologic states, and can be used for estimation of anti-ergotypic response to vaccination with polyclonally activated cells. For this purpose vaccination with splenocytes, activated by means of anti-CD3 antibodies and interleukin-2, by subcutaneous injections 1 time per week during 4 weeks. After that response of delayed-type hypersensitivity (DTH) is induced by introduction of activated splenocytes under aponeurosis of animal paw pad.
