Spherical tip has two located opposite each other parallel surfaces (18a, 18d), adjoining corresponding parallel surfaces (18c, 18d) of screw head, longitudinal axis passing through two located opposite each other hollows of screw head perpendicularly to parallel planes (18c, 18d) of screw head.
