FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine and is intended for removal of capsule of temporomandibular joint necessary for further carrying out morphometric and histological analyses. Cut in occipital region is made on the edge of hairy part of head. Skin flap is separated in anterior direction. In accordance with flap projection parotid gland and chewing muscle are separated. Capsule is prepared from joint surfaces and joint disc. Capsule fragment with joint disc and joint surfaces is isolated by means of scalpel.;EFFECT: method makes it possible to reduce probability of injuring analysed tissues during their separation.;1 ex
