Also described is method of obtaining said above incomplete rubidium salt of polyacrylic acid, characterised by the following: to water solution of polyacrylic acid added is water solution of rubidium chloride, reaction mixture is mixed for 30-40 more minutes, obtained water solution is passed through cationite and dried in vacuum at temperature not higher than 50°C.
