A free tendon autograft is isolated from a tendon of a fibular muscle, with 2/3 lengths of a duplex graft used for intra-articular plasty of an anterior cruciate ligament to be fixed in condyles of a femoral bone and a shin bone by interferent screws, and with 1/3 length of the graft used for extra-articular plasty of a fibular collateral ligament to be fixed transosseously in a fibular head.;EFFECT: method provides biomechanical recovery of a knee joint, eliminated relief of a capsular-ligamentous apparatus in tendon grafting.;1 ex, 9 dwg
