That is ensured by introduction of metformin with underlying graduated static and dynamic physical exercises and daily swimming for at least 40 minutes a day in the middle of day. Physical exercises include morning hygienic gymnastics, therapeutic exercises, graduated physical exercises during the day. Metformin 500 mg is introduced 2 times a day.
