FIELD: metallurgy.;SUBSTANCE: manufacturing method of discs of gas-turbine engines from powder heat-resistant alloys on the basis of nickel is proposed and it involves obtaining of pellets, their arrangement in capsules, hot isostatic pressing, deformation, hardening and ageing. The obtained pellets are sieved into pellet with size of +10-50 mcm; hot isostatic pressing is performed at temperature of that is by 10-30°C lower than complete dissolution temperature of γ'-phase with exposure under pressure during 2-8 hours; deformation is performed by means of die forging or pressing with drawing with deformation degree of 70-90% at temperature that is by 60-100°C lower than temperature of complete dissolution of γ'-phase with further hardening against deformation temperature with speed of 50-100 degrees/min.;EFFECT: higher strength characteristics.;1 tbl, 1 ex
