The method involves individually producing foam components in a steam chamber device. The foam components are joined together. The joined foam components are expanded or contracted in a thermal treatment process by evaporating water vapor. The foam components are thermally treated in an annealing furnace by controlling a temperature ranging from 80 degree Celsius to 100 degree Celsius within 10 and 14 hours. The foam components are made of expanded polypropylene foam, expanded polystyrene foam or expanded polyethylene foam.
