The device has a masking tape (2) i.e. joint tape, made of a waterproof material and provided with a slat (1), where the slat is covered by the masking tape. Panels (3) are fitted on the masking tape and are provided with longitudinal knobs or longitudinal ribs (5, 11) and tab-like lips (12). The lips laterally run along side edges of the slat. The joint tape consists of natural or synthetic rubber material i.e. rubber. The longitudinal knobs or longitudinal ribs are arranged at the joint tape by a mounting element e.g. screw (4), nail and clamp.
