The movement has a barrel rotatably driving a platform (100), and a tourbillon type adjusting component i.e. cannon-pinion (14), pivotingly mounted on the platform. The adjusting component has an escape pinion, an escape wheel, a pallet and a hairspring that are mounted in a tourbillon frame (18). The frame is pivotally mounted on the platform. A frame driving wheel concentric with the platform is kinematically connected to a frame pinion connected to the frame, so that the driving wheel is driven by the barrel.
