The system has a fastening terminal (1) provided with left and right fasteners (2, 3), for fixing the system to two electric bicycles or bicycles, where the left and right fasteners are independent to each other. A bias of a radio frequency identification (RFID) chip is used to unfasten the electric bicycles or bicycles. An identification code is placed in the two electric bicycles or bicycles to assure safety or ownership of the electric bicycles or bicycles.
