The device has a gas/fuel separation subunit (200) for separating gas from a liquid fuel mixture, and a gas/liquid separation subunit (60) for separating the gas from liquid. A liquid distribution subunit (201) transports fluid flow in and/or from the subunits. A gas separation membrane (802) is arranged on a side of the device such that the separated gas is transferred from the gas/fuel separation subunit to environment. Another gas separation membrane (501) is arranged at the side such that the separated gas is transferred from the gas/liquid separation subunit to the environment.
