The car (1) has an independent suspension system with two spaced apart permanent magnets (15-18). The magnets are held at respective guiding devices (9, 10) aligned in a deflection direction at a magnetic distance (29), in a non-deflection condition. The devices are directly or indirectly supported over a holder by magnetic repulsive force at opposite magnet-support surfaces. The devices are moved on each other during deflection. An adjusting element i.e. adjustment plate (31), displaces one of the support surfaces to change the magnetic distance, the spring deflection and base clearance.
