The body has a set of hollow bodies (3) with inlet surfaces, outlet surfaces and lateral surfaces, where the inlet and outlet surfaces lie opposite to each other. The hollow bodies are detachably fastened to support arms, which are fastened together on a rotary agitating shaft (2) or on a hub that is fastened to the rotary agitating shaft. The hollow bodies exhibit a continuous slot in the lateral surfaces in a longitudinal direction. The inlet surfaces of the hollow bodies are inclined to horizontal with same angle.
