The wheel (1) has sensors (4) that are arranged with an electrical system on a back side of the wheel that is turned away from a driver. Two sensor plates (4') are arranged over the entire wheel in a distributed manner. The sensors detect the pulse, the temperature, the hand humidity and bloodless measurement of blood sugar level. The sensors are connected with the electrical system by an appropriate software for evaluation purpose. An evaluation unit passes an appropriate signal to the driver by the electrical system.
