The device has a saddle arrangement comprising a saddle (4), and a handle arrangement (5) for gripping by a hand. A pedal arrangement (3) comprises a pedal element e.g. pedal (14), which is rotatable around an axis of rotation (8), and is operatable with a leg. Distance between the axis of rotation and the saddle is changeable. An adjustment unit is provided for adjusting the axis of rotation of the pedal arrangement with respect to a frame (1). An adjustment direction of the adjustment unit is aligned in longitudinal direction of a seat post of the saddle.
