The orthodontic device (1) has a length-adjustable telescoping unit, which is extended between two front fastening units and a rear fastening unit. The front fastening units are fixed at a jaw (2) within front half of a palate by screws. The rear fastening unit is fixed at the jaw or a tooth (3) in a rear half of the jaw. A tensioning device is provided to exercising of correction strength on the front and rear fastening units.
