The source has a pendulum body (A) and a rotor magnet (C) that are fixedly mounted on a pendulum rod (B). The rod having length of 30 cm is firmly connected to a shaft (D). A stator magnet (E) is mounted at a support structure of the shaft. The pendulum is drawn over 12 o'clock by magnetic attraction force between the stator magnet and the rotor magnet, such that the pendulum is rotated in a full circle until the pendulum arrives at an output point at which the magnetic attraction force is caused.
