The system (1) has a pressure space (6) formed in a cylinder (2) and a hydraulic fluid storage space (7) formed in a piston (3). Fixing eyelets (4, 5) are surrounded by protection elements (17, 18) that are formed from stainless steel. The protection elements directly or indirectly extend till to a lateral surface of the cylinder. A spring (10) has spring ends (13, 14), which are supported at steps (19, 20) or inserts of the protection elements, where the steps are attached to spring plates (15, 16) of the eyelets. The spring ends sectionally surround an end region of the protection elements.
