The arrangement has an active clamping apparatus (6) which is executed to vary clamping force of actuator. A specific clamping apparatus (5) is set with a spring element (15) having fixed bias force. The active clamping is provided with movable portions that are biased by spring element (19). The spring length of spring element is varied over actuator. The clamping apparatuses are arranged between a tendon (1) and a stationary machine portion. The spring element of active clamping apparatus and spring element of specific clamping apparatus are switched in parallel.
