The sensor (1) has two carrier foils (2, 3) that are placed at a distance from one another, where each foil exhibits an electrode (6). A soft magnetic actuator body (13) extends along one of the carrier foils (3). A permanent magnetic restoring body (15) extends along one of the carrier foils (3) on a side that is turned away from the actuator body. The actuator body is arranged for actuating the sensor and is elastically deformable in a bend manner by a locally acting magnetic attractive force.
