The device has a light source that is positioned so that light emitted by the light source is reflected on a conical surface (13) by a spherical mirror (3). The spherical mirror is positioned opposite to a plane mirror element (11) perpendicular to an axis of the spherical mirror, in such a manner that the light reflected by the spherical mirror strikes on the plane mirror element and is reflected on the conical surface. The plane mirror element is connected with a light permeable plate (15) e.g. glass plate.
