The element (1) has a spring (2) made of basis of cellular polyisocyanate-polyaddition products. A support pot (3) is provided with an upper end and a lower end, where inner dimension at the lower end of the pot is larger than inner dimension at the upper end of the pot. The spring and the pot are separately manufactured. The spring is plugged-in through the support pot and is projected in a radial direction over an inner lateral area of the upper end of the pot at an assembled state of a collar of the spring to form the element.
