The method involves soaking an anode (35), a cathode (36) and a separator in an electrolyte phase. The diffusion mechanisms (43,44) of moving ions in the active material of the anode and cathode modifying with the charging condition (SOC) are incorporated separately in an electrochemical simulation model (21).
