The time-delayed opened unbolted flat bolt has a parallel plate, which is apartly pressed by a spring element (3), for detachable connection of plate element. The spring element consists of a foam rubber sheet with cutouts for the glued surface. A centrally inserted plate is provided with an embossed or milled slot and the bendable legs are formed for screwing the other components. An independent claim is also included for a cross connection with a flat blank.
