The system has hollow bricks (3, 4) including external and internal walls (1, 2) that are separated by an opening (5) filled with a thermal insulation layer (6) comprised of polystyrene. A metal grid (7) i.e. steel grid, is arranged between the internal wall and the thermal insulation layer for transmitting thermal energy using an electrical heating conductor (8). The external and internal walls, the metal grid and the electrical heating conductor are connected together by foaming with thermally insulating foam. The metal grid consists of vertical- and horizontal solid rods.
