The device has a set of dosing pumps (5) e.g. piston pumps, arranged and mounted on a retainer (1). A drive is arranged in the retainer for driving the dosing pumps, and an input coupling and an output coupling detachably couple a gear mechanism to the drive that is arranged on an outer side of the retainer. An adapter connects the output coupling with the input coupling, and the retainer includes housing. The gear mechanism is accommodated in the housing, and includes a lifting unit and forwardly and rearward movable gear rods (11). The dosing pumps are selected from piston pump, annular gear pump, piston rotatable pump, flexible-tube pump.
