The method involves arranging a wax ridge (12) on a base body (11) within area of denture teeth of a dental prosthesis (10) to be arranged on the base body. A dental lamina (15) e.g. foil, is arranged within the area of the denture teeth to be arranged opposite to the base body depending on facial geometry of a carrier, where the base body is provided in mouth of the carrier of the dental prosthesis. The denture teeth are arranged on the base body based on arrangement of the dental lamina. The dental lamina is arranged on the wax ridge.
