The fixing apparatus (11) has a screw (20) extending through a decoupling device, where the screw is made up of aluminum. The decoupling device includes a set of collar sleeves (41, 42) made up of elastomeric plastic material and/or another set of collar sleeves (31, 32) made up of light metal i.e. aluminum. The latter set of collar sleeves extend through the former set of collar sleeves. The latter set of collar sleeves are respectively provided with collars (33, 34), which are turned away from one other. An independent claim is also included for a secondary air pump console comprising a mounting flange.
