The device has a calibration unit (9) i.e. calibration card, with temperature-sensitive measuring fields (10), where appearance and color of the fields are changed based on ambient temperature. The temperature-sensitive measuring fields are components of temperature measuring elements (14) and are arranged in a series and are marked with numbers that are set to a preset temperature due to heating. The calibration unit has a color measuring field (13) adjacent to the temperature-sensitive measuring fields and a reference marking (12) for detecting a position of the elements.
