The machine for the production of air-filled materials, comprises machine table (10), a first feed roller (21) and a second feed roller (22) that are mounted on top and/or bottom of the machine table, a first roller and a second roller, where each roller enacts over a rotation shaft and a forming roller mounted on the rotation shaft, a drive device, and a blower device, which is equipped on the machine table between the first and the second feed rollers. The surface of the forming roller is equipped with notches in given form and depth. The machine for the production of air-filled materials, comprises machine table (10), a first feed roller (21) and a second feed roller (22) that are mounted on top and/or bottom of the machine table, a first roller and a second roller, where each roller enacts over a rotation shaft and a forming roller mounted on the rotation shaft, a drive device, and a blower device, which is equipped on the machine table between the first and the second feed rollers. The surface of the forming roller is equipped with notches in given form and depth. A heating wire is equipped between the notches and extends itself up to an end of the forming roller. The first and the second rollers are arranged above and/or below during both forming rollers are connected to each other in contact and are mounted at the front part of the machine table. The first and the second rollers are transferred into relative rotation by the drive device. The blower device possesses an air discharge opening that limits the first and second rollers. A first film roller and a second film roller are mounted on the first and/or the second feed rollers and supply a web of plastic film (231, 241). The plastic film is guided through an intermediate area between the first and the second roller, which are equipped by the drive device in relative rotation movement so that the plastic film extends itself to the front part of the machine table. The blower device provides a flow of pressure fluid between both plastic films before they are guided through the first and the second rollers so that the plastic film controls a flow between the rollers. The notches and/or the heating wire form a material web equipped with geometrically air-filled blower through the flow on the surface of the first and the second roller. The second roller is mounted through its rotation shaft on the front part of the machine table during the first roller is held through its rotation shaft on a roller holder (50) that is rotatably arranged on the rotation shaft of the second roller. A curve web is formed at upper part of both side walls of the machine table, where the curve web has a running curve section extending itself from the base tube of both side walls of the machine table, a R-angle curve section adjacent to the running curve section, and a curved curve section adjacent to the R-angle curve section. A column between the first and the second rollers is formed for plastic films. The blower device is arranged through a hinge assembly pivotable on machine tool. The external of the blower device and the side wall of the machine table are equipped with pins, which are connected to each other over a spring. A curved slit is formed at the side wall of the machine table in which the pin of the blower device interferes. The rotation shaft of the first and second roller has gear wheels gripped to each other, where a drive wheel driven by the drive device is gripped with the gear wheel of the second roller. The rotation of the gear wheel causes a relative rotation movement between both rotation shafts.
