The device has a distance element i.e. sleeve, and a fastening unit i.e. screw, where parts i.e. roof frame parts, of a cabriolet folding top (3) and a cabriolet-vehicle are positioned separately from each other by the distance element, and are fixed to each other by the fastening unit. The distance element is formed with the fastening unit for fixing one of the cabriolet folding top parts. Another fastening unit i.e. set-screw, is formed with the distance element for fixing the other cabriolet folding top parts.
