The method involves generating two dimensional-raw images of a body (8) from different viewing directions (12, 12a) by fluoroscopy, where the raw images comprise shadings caused by an object (10) e.g. screw or plate, inserted into the body. Two dimensional-end images are generated from the raw images through filtering applied to the object and/or the shadings. Three dimensional-volume data of the body is reconstructed from the end images. A three dimensional-image of the object of three dimensional-object data is displayed in the three dimensional-volume data.
