FIELD: digital image processing means.;SUBSTANCE: digital filter for processing images comprises unit for decomposition and recovery unit. Decomposition unit obtains subband signals by performing decomposition with variable resolution image data using pinvil framelet in a wide sense that represents a set of an approximate filter with no orientation and multiple detailed filters with respective orientations. Reducing unit receives reconstructed image data by means of image reconstruction, by summation of subband signals and generates data of reconstructed image attenuation or amplification of subrange signal corresponding to one of filters, which have predetermined frequency characteristics and/or preset orientation among filters.;EFFECT: fewer errors and high structural stability of digital filter for image processing without application of cutting.;46 cl, 92 dwg, 13 tbl
