The device for coupling laser diodes such as single emitter or diode bars (1), which are arranged rotational-symmetrical to an optical and mechanical axis (7), is claimed. The fast-axis of the laser diodes or bars continually presents itself in a plane with the optical axis of the entire arrangement. The coupling of the laser diodes proceeds only for loading the beam parameter products in the fast-axis, where the beam parameter product of the entire arrangement in the slow-axis remains same with the beam parameter product of the single emitter or diode bars in the slow-axis.
