The device has a cover provided with an outlet opening, and a pressing mechanism pressing a piston of a cylindrical central cartouche (1) together with one of pistons of other two peripheral cylindrical cartouches (2). The peripheral cartouches are arranged in a position through movement around an axis of the central cartouche in such a manner that the pressing mechanism operates the piston of the peripheral cartouches together with the piston of the central cartouche. A static mixer (9) is attachable at two or three outlet openings.
