The seat arrangement has a vehicle seat (10) which is transformed in two positions. The vehicle seat is positioned in the former position such that the operator (12) of the vehicle seat has an erect sitting position. The vehicle seat is positioned in the latter position such that the operator of the vehicle seat has a position which is inclined forwardly in travel direction of a motor vehicle. An independent claim is also included for a motor vehicle with a connecting rod.
