The module (1) has a U-shaped base body (2) provided with two side walls (3, 4) and a rear wall (5). A washstand (6) is arranged between the side walls. A sanitary object e.g. toilet (9), urinal or bidet, is attached at an outer side of the side panels. A flushing device e.g. flushing cistern and flush valve, is provided behind the rear wall, and supplies the sanitary object with flushing water. A washstand outlet (21) of the washstand is provided at a flushing water inlet of the sanitary object.
