The arrangement (1) has a retaining structure (3) for applying a retaining force on a cutlery (2) such that the cutlery is transferable from a stowage condition into a functional condition by applying a traction force. The retaining structure comprises a retaining element (30) for protecting the cutlery against removal from the retaining structure. The retaining element comprises a reference weak point such that the retaining element is drawn back while applying withdrawal force on the cutlery that is transferred partly into functional condition.
