The interface-module (1) has an upper part (10) and a lower part (20) forming a two-part housing, where the upper part and the lower part are detachably connected with one another. The lower part comprises a contacting device (30) for a bus line i.e. actuator-sensor-interface (ASI) bus line, and mounting recesses (22). The upper part comprises a connecting element e.g. three-pin socket, for a field device. Orientation of the device and orientation of the upper part are adjustable relative to the lower part. The device is adjustable around 90 degrees and designed as a piercing contact clamp.
