The arm (130) has an oscillation device (150) for stimulating vibration of a wiper blade (140) and producing an oscillation with a frequency in ultrasonic and/or infrasonic range. The oscillation device comprises an actuator element (151) i.e. piezo element, which is arranged in a region of a receiving device (132) or a fastening device. The fastening device is fastened to a driving device of a wipe system. The receiving device is provided for receiving the wiper blade. An energy supply device comprises a battery and/or a photovoltaic element for the oscillation device.
