Method for aligning positions of multiple friction disks that form friction disk packet in multi disk friction clutch utilized as shifting element in dual clutch transmission in vehicle, involves aligning disks based on diameter of disks
The method involves determining diameter (D1-Dn) of each friction disks (1-n) at multiple positions (P1-Pm) of friction surfaces of the friction disks. Toothed positions of tooth of the friction disks or toothed positions of the friction disks to be paired are pre-determined as the positions of surfaces. The friction disks or pair of the disks are aligned based on the determined diameter. Fast-Fourier-transformation of each determined sum diameter of the disk packet is implemented, and amplitude spectrums are determined. The spectrums of reduced amplitude peak of an order are selected.
