The method involves determining diameter (D1-Dn) of each friction disks (1-n) at multiple positions (P1-Pm) of friction surfaces of the friction disks. Toothed positions of tooth of the friction disks or toothed positions of the friction disks to be paired are pre-determined as the positions of surfaces. The friction disks or pair of the disks are aligned based on the determined diameter. Fast-Fourier-transformation of each determined sum diameter of the disk packet is implemented, and amplitude spectrums are determined. The spectrums of reduced amplitude peak of an order are selected.
