The high seat or viewing platform or tower has a horizontal platform (1) for receiving of guardrail, walls, roofs or other structures and three support posts (2) connected with the platform by post binders (3) at their upper ends. The post binders consist of metal plates (4) which are connected with a section of a metal pipe (5), in which a support post is inserted. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for manufacturing multiple metal pipes of a metal profile fold symmetrical transverse to longitudinal axis; and (2) a method of erecting a high seat.
