The method involves selecting a recording object by a user. A recording parameter is fixed. Photo-video-cameras (3, 4) are installed. Photo-video-camera fixing devices (2, 5) i.e. ball heads, are provided with the installed photo-video-cameras. A shape of a support point photo-video-camera device is varied to a support surface by a user. An adaptive part (1) of the device is bent according to a neck size. The adaptive part is supported on a body of the user. The photo-video-cameras are directed towards the recording object. A recording process is carried out.
