The perfusable bioreactor (1) for the production of human or animal tissues or tissue equivalent, where the production is based on a construct cultivated in the inner room, which is surrounded by a cover, comprises inlet flow (10) and an outlet flow (11) for a liquid nutrient medium, where the inlet flow is connected with a unit for generating a perfusion pressure of the nutrient medium, and/or a window and further connections for monitoring. The cover or a part of the cover consists of an electroactive polymer (4) on which a freely configurable electrode matrix (6) is subjected. The perfusable bioreactor (1) for the production of human or animal tissues or tissue equivalent, where the production is based on a construct cultivated in the inner room, which is surrounded by a cover, comprises inlet flow (10) and an outlet flow (11) for a liquid nutrient medium, where the inlet flow is connected with a unit for generating a perfusion pressure of the nutrient medium, and/or a window and further connections for monitoring. The cover or a part of the cover consists of an electroactive polymer (4) on which a freely configurable electrode matrix (6) is subjected. The part of the cover existing from electroactive polymer is 75%. The cover is formed in tube or bag-like manner in dependence of the produced tissue. The cavity given through the contour of the cover presets the external contour of the produced tissue or tissue equivalents and the production is carried out in a given spatial configuration. The electrode matrix is connected with a module for the generation of electronic impulses, which are transmitted over the electrode matrix on the cover. The cover stimulates to the dosed peristaltic movements and induces the power on the construct in the inner room. The physical pressure regime, which is produced through the electrode matrix over the cover on the construct in the inner room corresponds the physical pressure regime, which influences under normal (physiological) or pathological conditions in the living human or animal organism on the produced tissues, tissue equivalents, blood vessels or blood vessel networks.
