The device (1) has a drive (5) i.e. spindle drive, arranged on a window, and an actuating element (6) provided for swiveling a vane (4) between a closed position and an opened position. A bolting device (7) is arranged on the window and co-acts with the actuating element. The bolting device exhibits a stretched arrangement in a position, in which the vane is bolted with the drive. The bolting device exhibits two hinged hollow housing profiles that are connected with each other. A guiding element comprises an actuator (10), which co-acts with a locking rod (8) in the vane.
