The unit has a drive unit (15) arranged between a support plate (13) and a movable platen (12). A crank disk (17) of the drive unit is connected with the plate and the platen by connection rods (2a, 2b), respectively. The rods are eccentrically hinged at the disk. A central mold carrier (25) and a sliding table (26) are provided between the platen and a fixed platen (11). Bottom connection elements (40, 41), a spindle (50) and a spindle nut (51) are provided between the carrier, the table and the drive unit such that the carrier and the table are set in a movement condition of the drive unit.
