In this paper we present the results of the development of hardware and software to evaluate the technical condition of explosion machine units to the parameters of higher harmonic components of current and voltage generated by the motor drive. Method of assessing damage to the elements of machine units is based on monitoring the supply current and voltage, followed by spectral analysis of the received signal.
